Ingredients:
4 medium size potatoes
2 lbs. large raisins
4 lbs. brown sugar
1 pt. wheat
1 gal. hot but not boiling water
Large pinch of isinglass
1 pkg. wine yeast

Instructions:
1. Scrub, but do not peel the potatoes.
2. Grate them into a large jar.
3. Add wheat, sugar and raisins pulled apart.
4. Cover with hot water.
